Any transformation was indication of progress. Therefore the transformations
should be considered as a challenge, said Rajayoga Kendra Professor B.K. Swaminathan.
He
was speaking at a seminar on effective management skills organized at Surpur in
association with Brahmakumaris. The 21st century was full of complications.
Modernisation
and money has been ruling it. Spirituality, history and ethics were being
sidelined, he said. One should work with confidence and love the profession, he
added.
Rajayoga
Gulbarga center head B.K.Vijayaka spoke on value based administration. She said
that the values were being neglected in administration today. Discipline,
patience, enthusiasm, confidence and updating of knowledge should be included
to be come a good administration.
Brahmakumaris
B.K. Rageni, B.K. Shanatha and other were present.
